The Raffle Rules

• Only 300 “chance” tickets will be sold by cash,check,or the really cool MoonDoggy way using credit card when purchasing on line only. Total sold (300)does not include fifth ticket given free when purchasing four.
• “Chance” tickets are $50 each (buy four, get fifth one free).
• No limit to number of tickets you can purchase.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
• No part of the purchase is tax-deductible.
• Drawing will be held February 23, 2008, just before the Live Auction. Winner pulled out of our big birthday hat by our very own Don Berger.
• Though you do not need to be present to win, we’d really love you to be there, in your finest swimwear... oops the rhyming is getting carried away
• The winner will receive a 50% credit on tuition only if the student is enrolled at Cary Academy for the 2008-2009 school year, and enrollment deposit has been paid. The tuition credit must be used until depleted, and is not redeemable for cash. The credit is not transferable. Cary Academy faculty and staff are not eligible. According to IRS regulations, the purchase of raffle tickets is not tax-deductible.
