PTAA MissionWhere Does Your Money Go?
The Cary Academy Parent Teacher Administration Alliance (PTAA) exists to serve as a positive
and supporting element in the ongoing efforts to advance Cary Academy’s mission and philosophy.
Through Alliance programs, parents are able to become involved in the school community and work
collaboratively with faculty and staff to bring added dimensions to the students’ learning
experiences. Funding for the PTAA’s annual operating budget is derived from the proceeds of the
Annual Alliance Benefit Auction. This year, over $140,000 and thousands of volunteer hours
will be given to Cary Academy through Alliance-led academic, arts, athletic, community
development, and facilities enhancement programs.
