We ask all parents to consider donating or soliciting a special item or service to help Cary Academy and the PTAA support their programs of excellence. We need both small items for the silent auction but are also looking for those unique, one of a kind, blow the roof out, large ticket items for the live auction. Most importantly, bring your best bathing beauty item to the Beach Party of the year...You!
Look for something special that only your family or one of your family's personal vendors can offer:
A weekend or week stay at a vacation home,
tickets or arrangements for a special event,
themed basket of goodies,
collector's items,
sports collectables,
lessons for a special talent,
If you don't have time but want to make an up-front contribution, you can leave the shopping to us by making a cash donation.
How can I make that one of a kind donation?
- It's easy! Just complete this online Donation Form electronically, and press the Submit key to update our data base.
Our parent donation coordinator, Alison Viehbacher, will contact you with any questions.

NOTE: Donated ITEMS should be received (unless perishable) no later than February 1st, 2008, in the school's Advancement Office (attn: Chris Gilmore). Pick-ups may be arranged through the Parent Donations Coordinator, Alison Viehbacher, at 846-7867.
